Lloyds Bank 'Loans Direct Loan' PPI 2001

Am looking to find out who the PPI insurer/underwriter was for a Lloyds "Loans Direct" Loan circa 2001.

Hopefully, someone can help with this query?

We hold the 'loansdirect' credit agreement, which refers simply to a Loan Protection Policy Booklet. But, weirdly does not name the insurer?

We keep asking Lloyds to fulfill their obligation under S.77 of the CCA e.g; '...and any other document referred to in it': the Loan Protection Policy Booklet.
But that request is falling on deaf ears!
