MBNA PPI claim was put in (PPI Company was St Andrews) during a claim the payment out did not cover Monthly repayment cost, complaint to Insurers & MBNA who each blamed each other, but what has transpired, that at the time MBNA was charging monthly PPI cover fees (during a claim period) and then chasing thru themselves and RMA for short fall from Unemployment income!

Never come across this myself in a PPI claim as no charges during a claim? anybody come across this situation>? as it is obvious now that the PPI did not cover the actual monthly cost(Repayment) no wonder the Balance went up not down? a complaint at the time to MBNA had been ignored.

I fired this at them!

"I am of the opinion that your ingeniously designed PPI/PPC was simply a purely for profit product and have noted that the monthly benefit; 3% of the balance will not be less than £10 or more than £1,000 was created in order to keep a claimant in debt to MBNA and not for any protection. later claims company got some back, but a complaint is long time outstanding, but the matter will be shown as a Complaint not dealt with and ignored by MBNA in court end of next month if A.K. insist on going thru with the case, also the case is O.H. who states did not have a CCA to sign. see what happens. and refusal of Thomas cook & MBNA to forward an actual T.C. Application form with all the details on it.
