can anyone suggest an organization which will build a PPI claim that's efficient?

Hi and welcome
We do not usually suggest using claims companies, this is also not suggested by the FOS, as you can do this yourself with "FREE" help from this site, as long as you have your loan account number and reasons ;-)

Give us a yell if you want some advice on how to do this yourself, this way you will not pay out a penny and keep every little bit of your refund, cheers.

There is no need to use claims management companies, do it yourself it is not difficult.
