Hi guys, me again! Just wondered if you could help again with shedding some light on the latest...checked by bank today and have received a Ppi refund of 1005 plus an interest refund of 280. No letter to advise as yet...I'm going to ring them tomorrow...but obviously true amount refunded is no where near the amount we've mentioned previously. I know the info I have at the min is limited but wondered if they have mis calculated maybe? And if so, can I request something in writing from them to confirm how they've calculated this amount?

You have the right to ask for a calculated breakdown.
Ask if they could send you a more detailed copy over the next 7 days. Any probs let us know, good luck.

Hi, thanks Di. Just spoke to the bank and its showing as completed and a letter is on the way. My main concern is based on the Apr and monthly repayments ( detailed above ) the amount they have refunded is approx 2500 less than calculated. I'm just confused as to where this extra 2500 went if not on Ppi!
