  • PPI Claim Company Invoice

Hello everyone. Not only am I a very new member but I've never posted a thread in my life! Well, here goes. I recently used a PPI Claim Company when applying for a PPI Refund with M&S Money. Although they weren't the quickest they did eventually manage to get me some money from M&S and I duly settled the PPI Company's Invoice. However, nearly 10 months later, M&S Money have come back to say that they have miscalculated the amount they should have paid me and I now entitled to a further refund. M&S Money corresponded with me directly about this but obviously also copied in the PPI Company who have now sent me a further invoice for this extra amount. My question is, as no further work was undertaken by the PPI Company in getting this extra money do I still have to pay them the full amount of the invoice?

The answer is yes. The fact that M&S have reviewed the paperwork and re evaluated it is besides the point. The percentage you agreed with the company should be paid. You paid the last invoice when they did the initial work and in full so this case is the same.

They will have stated what percentage of the monies you receive will go to them so IMO they will want the extra no more work involved or not.
can I just ask who the cmc was ?
