Lloyds standard £1200 refund but .....

Yipppeeeee 1 year after my claim i have at last had a letter saying from what i can gather is pretty standard... they have now forms etc... they have offered me £1200 per loan but...

the letter says refer to appendix sheet..

on the appendix sheet it says..

loan 1 .. refund of premiums 1,013
additional interest 7,53

loan 2 is the same...

this adds up to £3532

so how much can i expect to get?

anyone else had it where these figures didnt match.

as soon as they pay up my 20 year lloyds account will be shut! thats for sure!!

Well done!

I had a few with offers of that amount, on the one's I had all the paperwork for, they refunded all what was paid of the PPI, plus relevant interest to date etc, but the one's where they were too old and not hold any further information on the standard offers were that of £1200 for each one!

Do you have any information you can forward them with all the amounts you paid on the PPI?

I dont have any info really.

the one thing i would question is that 1 loan was 6 years before the other, therefore how could the payments be the same? (interest amount?)

they have now wrote to me saying the 1st offer was wrong on the appendix sheet. Lloyds have gone way down hill, they cant even get it right when they are supposed to be righting their wrongs!
