Preliminiary letter for PPI (I did not puchase it!!!)

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me with PPI template letter before action that I did not purchase PPI for my credit card after I read my agreement. Many thanks xx

We advise that you don't pursue PPI claims through the courts as it usually fails. The best method is to complain to your credit card company using the FOS consumer questionnaire http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.u...notes/ppi.html and if your complaint is rejected, complain to the FOS.
