  • GE Money can you belive it!!! Reposession

Just got in from work and there is a letter from GE money suggesting they have applied for a court date to start repossession of our home.

I have only just won a case of ppi mis-sel after years of battling it out. I have arears of about £500.00 but have refused to pay any of these back untill they give me a break down of how the loan will be restructured.
    Any suggestions please !!!!

Pay the arrears and then argue with them about it> It will put you in a better position

The repo is based on your refusal to pay, as odc says pay the arrears and then send them a notice for what your asking

I have had dealings with GE money and in my experience they dont go for repossession unless they have tried all avenues. Although a sub prime lender I ound them sympathetic when I got into diffs with my mortgage.
