Welcome Finance offer of PPI please advise!

Hi Guys.

Just looking for a bit of advice regarding my PPi reclaim for accounts i had in 2003.

They dont look right could someone please advise me if i should accept this.

I have already had PPi refunded from an account from 2006. this was dealt with by the FSCS. and they gave me 1500 pounds for an account that still has a balance...

But the 2003 accounts total 2.5k and they are only offering 750 ish.

I took one loan out in oct 03 and they consolidated it in December 03.

I have attached the contracts and the offer of comp.

Please advise..

May I ask if you went into full term of each loan?

You should get back all you actually paid of the PPI, if you paid the loan off earlier (settled) or to take out a new loan then you would not have used the full amount of PPI, so you get back what you actually paid.

However, I understand with the FSCS they work out the refunds slightly different to that of a bank, maybe someone can clarify on this, as it's been a few years since I made a successful claim via FSCS.

No i got the loan over a 3 year period and paid it off Roughly 6 mths later. Paid 3.4k

If i remember correctly. I got 1k. they then gave me an additional 1.5k - but i only got about 500 of it, so its the 2nd contract dec 03 that its relevant to.
