Good Afternoon all
I have just received a follow-up phone call from LTSB in regards to my PPI complaint for my LTSB credit card.
Firstly there was a bit of a mix up in regards to my employment because I thought my card was taken out at a later date I first put down the wrong employer. Lloyds TSB said they would call me back so I could get the correct info together.
It turned out I was in the last two months working for Sainsburys.
I had worked there three years since I was 15.
I was contracted to 11 hours a week.
When I left college, I remained on the same contract and did additional over time whilst looking for full time employment.
My contract was never changed and the over time was never guaranteed.
The lady from LTSB said that even though I was on an 11 hour/week contract somethings were still eligible in the policy for part timers.
My first question is:
Isn't a part time worker not eligible for PPI coverage?
And my second question is:
I did over time but it was not contracted. This does not make me more than a part time employee, does it?
Many thanks in advance for your assistance and responses
