Good Afternoon all.
I called Capital One at the end of January asking if I had PPI on my credit card account that was closed a few month prior.
I only had a £200 credit limit and had it for about a year and a half.
They confirmed I did have PPI and it seems they took it in their power to sort everything out their end.
No need for the FOS questionnaire. I received an offer for £62.32 that I am willing to accept.
Just waiting for my LTSB loans and credit card complaints. Should be less than two weeks!
