  • compnsation from Black horse

Hi every one - a little advice needed please, Black horse have offered to compensate me with £50, this is because my credit file and hubbys have shown as a default since 2011, when actually the loan was settled in 2011 - repaid from ppi refund and redress. they have admitted it was their mistake, i dont think £50 is an accepable offer, any advice most welcome.

Have you applied for credit and been turned down, or anything like that as a result of this default?

        Hi
Yes my hubby and myself have been turned down credit cards at a low APR and also refused a store card.
