sar info not matching up with original letters received

Hi,

I have recently SAR'd my Bank and received a fair bit of information letters telephone call logs e.t.c but the letters they say they have sent are not matching up with with original letters and dates, Is there something amiss here ?and if so do I have any case against them. I'm led to beleive sar information should be all leters sent and should tally exactly as I have!? not some made up paper trail to suit.

I cannot get my head around the letters that they state they apparently sent which are clearly fabricated and showing a glowing paper trail but I did not receive all theat they claim to have sent.

Would be useful if you could tell us what you were trying to achieve when you sent the SAR and what the letters are all about. Normally you'd send a SAR to get statements and details about PPI,
charges, etc. as you are talking about letters here it would be good to know why you think they are important.

Have a closer look at the letters that are different from the ones you already had.

Have an even closer look at what they didn't send you and ask yourself why?
