  • PPI Advice please

Believe I have a PPi mis-selling claim (amount I paid during loan £1500) but the company have rejected my claim stating that the original policy & loan were sold through an earlier company (Compass Ltd) which were then taken over by themselves during the lifetime of the loan (2002-2009). Surely having taken over the originators of the finance they`d be responsible ?

    Re: PPI Advice please

    Hi there

Whoever set up and sold the policy are the ones who are responsible, even though the paperwork will generally be that of the lenders.

At what year did you take out the loan?
