    Spoken to the FSA for clarification. Turns out the FSCS aren't subject to the DISP rules in the handbook. Only the COMP rules which I cannot make heads nor tails of.

    The FSA won't accept a complaint about the FSCS so I'm being told to go down the legal route. I think if I can get a solicitor to confirm the credit agreement was doctored I might have some leeway. I'll wait till I get my Subject Access Request docs through and take it to CAB.

      Hi CK. Well - it was worth a try. Can you post up the actual responses, though, as I feel they may still be avoiding the truth - and hoping they can fob you off.

        Been quite ill the past few days. Hoping to get to library tomorrow to get my paperwork scanned and sorted out. I think once I get a copy of the file from fscs that should give me more ammunition too. Thanks Bill
