Well we got the letter today, NRAM have admitted the Miselling of our PPI, we are due for a refund!

    They have offered £2.5k!!

OK, so a lot of people will be thinking, that isn't a great deal of money, but to a family of 5, with 3 kids under 10, its a life changing amount!!

My car will be on the road, the holiday is paid for

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY Puff and Mr R!!!

My brother said it was Karma!

He said I didn't want the bloke that smashed my window locked up, so Karma smiled and rewarded me.

This is proof of what my dearly missed Dad told me all those years ago, bad things happen to good people, but good things happen to good people too!! And im sure the old sod is up there grinning his big Harry Seacombe grin saying, Now that taught you Smuge.. didn't it!

              Nice one.

Did you make the claim off your own bat or did they first write to you inviting you to complain (as I know they were doing as part of the FSA's root cause analysis requirements).

We recieved the letter the day Mr R handed me the letter Bill and Turbo put up as a template, filled in and signed, he looked at it and said, well they know what they are talking about, dont they?

They STILL haven't got our address right, left off the name of the village we live in totally, and have been total prannies about it!

                BUT we beat em

another feather in the Beagles cap!!
