  • Non receipt of cheque from EGG PPI

I returned an acceptance form to EGG for a PPI claim on 14.09.12, expecting to receive the cheque within 15 working days, as I did not receive it I telephoned the number on the letter, but everything is automated, asking to email re any queries which I did on 09.10.12. I have not received a reply to my email, there are several threads regarding this on money supermarket.
Is the next step to write to the address given on the telephone message? Also is it correct that there is no legislation regarding speed of payment for missold PPIs?
    Thank you

    Hi there and welcome

First of all well done on your success!

Do you know who the Chief Executive officer (CEO) or then the name of the Managing Director of the business?

I would write to him or her, or even ask your local MP to do this for you, it may give them a bit of a push.

Good luck, please keep us posted.
