  • PPI Claim Help

Hi, I am thinking about trying to claim back some old ppi payments but no longer have any paperwork as the loans have been paid, does anyone know of a way to retreive my old documents from my lenders?

Maybe a std letter template or something like that?

Can I claim back anything else at the same time?

Any help with this would be much apreciated

    Thanks
    Z

    Re: PPI Claim Help

You need to send a Subject Access Request (SAR) for which the recipient is obliged to give you all the information they hold on you. You'll need to a enclose a cheque for £10 per request.

    Information http://www.ico.gov.uk/for_organisati...onal_data.aspx

SAR Template (which you should modify to suit) http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...access+request

      Re: PPI Claim Help

      hi

there are loads of posts up here which will help you in your research. I have had a number of PPI claims, and would suggest you request everything in writing, and anything you in turn send should be recorded delivery or similar. They have a habbit of losing things which only adds to the delay.
