Hi Guys
I have recently had a couple of knock backs from RBS relating to PPI claims,
Albeit the claims go way back to 2001 and another beyond that date, i have received two letters stating that that i have not sent enough reasons to make a claim,
When i replied by telephone with the reference numbers provided, i was told that it was a generic reply from RBS, but have nothing back since, this was in July.
The knock back that i received from RBS, arrived with copies of the original agreement, highlighting, seven days notice of cancelation of policy waiver,
stating that i had enough time to think over what i wanted from a policy etc,
This does not, mention the fact that i was still made to feel at the time, that i was obliged to sign the agreement in order to get the remortgage, (although i do not think i initially mentioned it on first application for a refund of the PPI.)
Just to mention another snippet that sticks in the back of the mind , is, when applying for mortgages etc, didn`t we all get charged a fee upfront from the banks in case we Defaulted on any repayments.
Can i have some help or adcice with this, or at least some quality feedback,
Thanks Guys
