        Yes they are I made the mistake of thinking there was a time limit as to when the claim could be done roughly 120 days in some cases but that is the chargeback rules.
        The CC cos will try fob folks off with this and even the debit card cos can only start the countdown from when you first learned that you were not going to get the service you have paid for.
        That is how I have understood it anyway I hope some one could put me right if I have it wrong.

        ps I think if enough people use this facility then the banks will have a word or two to say about the cmcs duping folks and every little helps. Also it do them good to have a drop of their own medicine lol by way of making them cough up through no fault of their own.

            Having checked my cc account I have received a FULL refund under section 75.......what a relief that is .

            Does this now leave me clear to try for my OWN ppi, that's if lifestyle ever started any claims ??????
            cos if they did, that would leave me open to still pay them if I won, if my understanding is correct..

              As they have gone into adminsitration and Lifestyle Claims have not provided you with a service and that is why your credit card provider has given you a full refund.

              I think it is now best to start your own claim for PPI and forget about Lifestyle Claims. How can they prove if you make a direct claim when they are not in business anymore. Make sure when you write to the banks ref PPI that you state that Lifestyle Claims are no longer acting for you in case they had put in a claim - but I very very much doubt that they did tbvh.

                Well after the delights of getting my money back from my cc provider, i thought to my self for a laugh should i ring lifestyle to see if they answer and what they would say if they did.........

                Well it would appear the buggars are still trading under either ALL DEBT SOLUTIONS or LIFESTYLE MONEY.........AAARRRRGGGGHHH !!!!!!!

                they seem to be saying that they have not gone into administration and that they are as far as they are concerned STILL dealing with my claims.....

                Now when i have got home tonight i have had a letter from the MOJ telling me that CLIENT CONNECTION LTD trading as LIFESTYLE CLAIMS and trading styles of CCR,MONEY CLAIMING EXPERTS AND CENTO CLIENT REVIEW.........."HAVE" gone into administration but not the other 2 firms. Or the MOJ letter doesnt state them in it.

                Also Client Connection ltd surrendered their CMR authorisation on the 5th OCT 2012.


                I dont think we have heard the last of this lot somehow ?????????

                  I had already worked out that is what they would be doing trading under the Lifestyle Money banner and we have already been on to the MOJ about this - have no fear that we did bring this to their attention at our meeting in August with the MOJ and again we have reminded them that they are still continuing to take upfront fees under the new company and continue where Lifestyle Claims left off.

                  A further reminder to the MOJ - I think to remind them of the connection between the two companies and will keep you updated.

                  Now how can they still be dealing with your claim - ask them to put this in writing so that we can show evidence to the MOJ please.

                      When you say you called Lifestyle, was that Lifestyle Claims or Money - what telephone number did you use?

                          Sent them an email asking them for documented proof of them claiming for me,but as yet no response which is strange as they are normally rapid to respond to emails????

                            lol.... Bet they are not too keen to put that in writing, what they say on the phone and what they will write will be two different things I guess.

                              Still not heard anything from lifestyle since my last email to them.
                              had a letter from MBNA yesterday asking me had I had any dealings with lifestyle as they were trying to access accounts I had used with them re PPI but the accounts had nothing on them.
                              MBNA are sending me copies of the documentation they got from lifestyle,should make interesting reading,will post findings when I get em......

                                i am a foolish customer of lifestyle claims and got taken for £925,with various people either lying to me when i called them or calling me and
                                promising me all sorts of pay outs to keep me interested. They had my money for 2 and a half years until they recently went into admin,ive been trying to get my money back for the last 18 months,and have just been ignored and lyed too more.
                                I contacted natwest yesterday and tried to claim chargeback as i paid for all this on my debit card,but they are saying because i made the payments more than 540 days ago,i can not claim.
                                Is there now nothing i can do or should i pursue it further and try the f.o.?
                                It does not seem fair to me because the lifestyle kept me waiting and refused to refund,thus it took to long to claim earlier,
                                any help would be much appreciated,
