    Hi Friends,

I placed a PPI claim on my loan against tsb as i had never asked for PPI, ( on anything i have ) they have just sent me a letter saying that I verbally agreed to accept PPI over the Phone ( As far as I can remember i rang tsb up for a loan top up and can not remember anything about ppi ) but they have added ppi to the whole loan amount ( again i was unaware of this) !
The letter from TSB states that if disagree with them i have to contact the Ombudsman to appeal !
    Can anyone help me????

    many thx Mark

          Hi there & welcome

They must have had the proof there somewhere to have told you that, if they do not come up with it, then it would make us wonder.

Lloyds will sometimes reconsider a final decision, so if you do have anything futher to add, you can do so and ask if they will reconsider the complaint with the further info you have, then ask them to provide the evidence of the phone call - that they state they rejected your complaint with.

Good luck, let us know how you get on.
