we bought 2 cars from yes in 2002 and 2004 are we to late to claim and also we have no paperwork after all this time and how do we contact them?

you are entitlrd to claim from the time you became aware of the mis-selling, not the six years statute of limitations

i think they to have now gone to the wall so any claim would be against their parent company who i believe is provident financial
