    hi there just wondered if anyone can help me i am in the process of making a ppi can from black horse for three loans that i have had from them i have received a offer from them yesterday and i dont know weather to except the offer or not they have not offered any compensation on any of the loans as as they where reloans on the first loan they have offer £69.86 but it says that the potential ppi refund from this loan is£ 264.34 ,then it says less payments carried forward to next loan is £217.52 this is very confusing ,the second loan says that the potential ppi refund is £552.80 less payments carried forward to next loan is £659.35 but they have only offered me £178.60 the last loan they have offered me £4024.96 which is made up of £ 2896.27 ppi refund then £1410.86 interest this is very confusing and i dont know weather to decline the offer and go for more or except ,does anyone know what i sholud do please help.

    Have they offered interest on all PPI refunds?

      yes they have offered interest at 8%

        Hi HarryB. It's difficult to know whether the offer is fair or not, without knowing the figures. If you are able to put these into 3 separate spreadsheets, then I'd be happy to take a look. The spreadsheet I would need you to use is attached below. If you would like to do this, then make 3 copies of it and we'll take it from there.

            that is what exactly happened to my husband, so my husband accept it after they claim the money my husband didn't get ant of that money it all goes thru insolvency now he received a letter saying that my husband still owed them a overdue amout which is he don't know what is that all about.
