PPI Claims

I have recently had settled a claim under a mortgage protection policy with RBS. After the initial settlement figure they reduced it, indicating that the policy had originally been taken out with Royal and Sun Alliance. Does anyone have an idea where I would send a claim for Royal and Sun Alliance.

I have had a small claim paid out by Lloyds TSB on a credit card. The card was orinally taken out with "More Than" I think the PPI figures should be greater than Lloyds are offering; would they have only calculated it for the period they had the account?

Hi Linda and welcome to Legal Beagles.

Whoever set up and sold the policy are the ones responsible, and the ones you pursue via complaint.

In regards of your credit card, this I understand will differ to loan ppi calculating, and I'm sure this will be clarified by one of our other helpful folks here soon, but also check out the below link for now to see if this may also help. Posted by Turboman and Bilk etc.
