Hi every one ,I would like to say a big thank you for the advise I received from the members of the legal beagles especialy Di30, concerning my Lloyds tsb ppi claim.If it wasn`t for this site and your help then I would not have considered putting a claim in ,but now I am glad I did take your advise as I have just recieved a letter from bank stating that I was miss sold ppi.Also they are adding 8% on top of total refund which I find a fair amount.Once again a big thank you .xx

I am sure Di30 will be along later. Have they paid out yet or simply stated that you are owed the money?

I only put the claim in last october and received the letter today telling me I was successfull with claim and that they would be putting payment into my bank account ,also cancelling ppi on my loan which is a bonus to me as i`m disabled and unable to work.

Does the letter include figures? Or simply state the case is successful and tear off slip to accept it?

Yes leclerc they sent me the figures which is the whole amount of insurance cover plus 8% on top .

In a bit of a quandry concerning my ppi claim on personal loan, to which I recieved a letter yesterday stating it was successful .Today I went on internet banking and noticed that the personal loan amount is showing - £193.78 and yet even with the ppi now cancelled the ballance should be showing £2,000 .Does any one know if you win your claim do the tsb cancel the loan you have as good nature.The said letter I received has stated that I will receive payment either by cheque or straight into my account which is with tsb any way.

Forgot to mention when I went on banking site last week personal loan was showing £3,500 balance so hence my question i`m in a quandry.

Hi there

I would definately give them a call tomorrow to make sure, but in my opinion they should cancel it as a standard procedure to what I am aware of.

If you bank with Lloyds its possible they will pay into your account, but saying that over the past few months, they have also been sending cheques to many who still bank with them instead of paying directly into the bank account,
Do give them a call and get all this clarified. x

Thank you Di30 I will give them a call tomorrow also don`t know if you remember last time we spoke last November that I was putting 2 claims in other is with Black horse just to let you know that I am still waiting for their reply ,but hopefully that maybe this week as they were the first I sent to fingers crossed I will also get that ppi back .

Hi Di30 thanks for advise about talking to bank regarding the balance on my personal loan with Ltsb they informed me that the -£193.00 is what they owe me on top of ppi claim which includes interest and also the personal loan which still had £2000 owing has been sqaushed.

Hello to all the loverly peeps on leagal beagles who helped with my PPI claim ,well I received a letter on saturday 28th January 2012 stating that I was successfull with Lloyds tsb ppi reclaim ,I am pleased to inform you all that I have today Wednesday 1st febuary received a full refund straight in to my bank account :tinysmile_grin_t::tinysmile_grin_t: and also they have squashed the remaing ballance on my loan.Once again a huge thank you to you all.:tinysmile_kiss_t4:

Hmmm---thats unusal that they have quashed the whole loan---not just the part attributable to the original PPI single premium part
