Does anyone have any experience of M&S money and the success or failure of a PPI complaint with FOS where the original application form supplied by M&S stated "We strongly recommend you take out this insurance by signing below." I had a claim against them turned down twice by them and referred it to the FOS but would be interested to here from anyone where they have had a complaint based on this message on their application form.

First of all wishing you luck.

I have never had any dealings myself with these, but I do know over on MSE there have been plenty who have.
Although their situations may have differed, but hopefully someone will come along and post up of their own experienced with these soon, good luck.
