I have been offered £1325 from smile but they are deducting 967 due to a successful claim made on my loan back in 2006 so the adjusted offer in full is 357, there are awaiting my acceptance of these terms before paying out, should i accept the 357 or am i still entitled to all of it?
Am i still entitled in full if i used the claim?

Hi there
Well done on your success.
If a successful claim's been made, then its standard they will reduce what is due to you on a reclaim.
