  • NRAM PPI help

Hi , first post on here and looking for help.
Recently within the last 2months i have recieved 2 letters from NRAM stating that i may have been misold PPI.
Ticked the relevant boxes and sent letters back but have heard nothing from them and when ive contacted them (via the number i was given from NRAM the phone keeps ringing out) ive had no luck.
Not sure as to how much i`m entitled to have a 30yr mortgage (25 yrs left)
    £66,427 at £423 per month.(Unsecured loan £16000) Mortgage£50427)
As the mortgage was dealt with with an independent advisor (no longer contactable) i have no paperwork except my monthly mortgage statement.
Anyone have an idea as to how much PPI if successful i would be due back

    Re: NRAM PPI help

    Hi there

    And welcome.

What you should get back is what you have actually paid of the PPI, interest to each payment and 8% interest of what a court normally awards. It soon adds up.

How long ago did you take out this account?
They should hold data for at least the last 6 years.

    Good luck.

if letters genuinely came from NRAM then sounds like this might be part of a review they are undertaking, try their ppi team on 0191 436 0047, this is the number we always use for them.
