The normal timescale was that of 28 days after they recieve your signed acceptance.

Did they actually give you anything to sign, or was it a letter to give an offer and if your not happy to contact them, and if they hear nothing they will proceed with the refund?

They currently have backlogs, so have been taking longer than the usual 28 days, but do chase them up if you've not received your refund by then.

Are they paying by cheque or BACS (Into a lloyds bank account, if you have one with them)?

hi there it was just a letter saying to do nothing if im going to accepted it an they was going to send a ccheque or pay it into my account

That's fine then.

So as long as your happy they will continue to proceed with the refund for as soon as possible.
There is no harm in asking for a breakdown if you want to as well. x

i was approx 13 weeks from my initial offer to receiving the cheque
