This relates to a fixed term loan of 48 months with PPI taken out in 2002.

From what I know of Santander are dealing with GE complaints, when my son put in a reclaim on store card, I'm sure he sent to GE of the address you posted - but it was passed on to Santander.

Just make them aware the complaint is about GE, as you know Santander deal with many other businesses as well.

The PPI re claim relates to an 2002 Dixons fixed term agreement.
The debt was paid in full and on time.
But, the PPI element had been forgotten about until recently.

Looks like a probable battle with Banco Santander?

Do you still have all the details of the loan?

I'm sure I read somewhere that someone else had a Dixon's fixed agreement loan and was successful, cannot remember the year it was taken out though.
