    Since 2005 it has been a subsidiary of MBNA so the CEO of them will do

      I've sent the e-mail and he has replied already saying he will look into my case and get back to me soon!

          I emailed Mr O'Doherty on Tuesday night and it was in my bank yesterday after his intervention. Good result
