    hi ive won 2 ppi complaints mint says they will put it back on my card,i had no choice.barcleys said they will put it in my bank,but there are arreas on card of 200 quid,and has suspended it untill the arreas are paid will they take arreas from the ppi,or pay off the card,i thought its my money why cant they pay it to my own bank,

    They are entitled to apply the refund to the card which will reduce your debt.

      How much is the amount they are paying? As skv has said, they will pay off the arrears but if there is a surplus then they should pass that onto yourself.

        barclays paid out 4,100 theres arreas of 300,and card is 2,900,on limit, mint no arreas they paid 2,350,the card card owing 1,600.the thing is i need to pay company fighting this case 1,200 so i will have to pay on card, its crazy,
