Has anyone else reported Blackhorse to FSA and FOS in regards to the new practices they have in place to offer customers a pro-rata offer on the same letter they are advising they are UPHOLDING the customers complaints?

I'm actually doing this today along with mention of the raft of rejections right on the August 31st Deadline.

I'd urge all CMC and affected claimants to get an e-mail sent to the FSA on this.

Rejections still dropping through doors this morning and one in particular guy has had 4 heart attacks and has taken 21 tablets a day since 2002 and was never once asked about pre medical conditions he was advised in order to get loan approved he had to take the insurance and all they can come up with is a bog standard letter that answers none of the clients questions as to why he was sold the insurance.

Blackhorse are still ripping off these customers which is quite unbelievable as before the JR they were one of the best companies to deal with. I can't understand for the life of me why they have put in place these new practices as from what i can see the rest of the Llloyds banking group have got there acts together and Blackhorse are majorly lagging behind in dealing with these complaints.

        Absolutely disgusting treatment!!

Why go through this bad treatment all over again, they need to put things right for customers, not let them down time again and again!

Something needs doing here for sure!!
