  • Le Redoute PPI

    Hi
Just wondering if anybody has had any sucess with La Redoute, ive just asked for a copy of my agreement which i took out 5 years ago and they have lost it and cant find it, i want to claim my PPI on this. I have asked them not to right off my balance with them as it is far less than what i have payed in the ppi payments, im just waiting now, surely if there is no agreement signed would they refund ppi and maybe any charges what have occured over the years
    Thanks for the advice

    Re: Le Redoute PPI

    Hi and welcome

I take it this account is still an active account then - going by what you said?

They should still then hold copies of the agreement, if they lost this they can replace this.
So you are now waiting for this to arrive then are you?

I would keep the PPI side of it separately and if you were sold and mis sold ppi then you are entitled to make a reclaim, you can do this by just completing the reclaim questionnaire.
There are further details below on how to reclaim, but you pursue the ones who set up and sold you the account from the start.

I've never had dealings with this company myself, but maybe others here may have and may post of their own experience.

I am more on the ppi side of things and someone I'm sure will help you on the charges side of it.

When you do go to make a reclaim, make sure you keep a copy of the questionnaire, in case you need to complain to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) later on

    Good luck.
