  • Husband Deceased can his wife claim

    Wondering if someone can help me a woman in my works husband died 4 years ago and he had 2 loans with hbos she remortgaged her house to pay them off they definitely had ppi on these loans as she still has the paperwork can she claim back the money on his behalf even though she wasn't a joint borrower.

    Was she the executor of his estate?

          The Executrix can claim for the PPI.

            most ppi carries an element of life cover so a clain aginst the policy might be in order.After all wasn't this one of the reasons the stuff was sold in the first place.
