Have got 3 loans in with Halifax, Lloyds Tsb and Blackhorse and all of them were held up due to the judicial review been phoning them ever since JR decision and have been getting nowhere, Sometimes i phone and get told they are working the backlog but recently someone advised that they have not been working any JR cases as still waiting to put new procedures in place and waiting on them getting signed off.

Anyone else had any joy with LBG with cases held up by Judicial Review?

    Hi there

Mine was resolved via Lloyds just a few weeks ago, and these 2 were held up since before Xmas 2010.

The FSA have given permission for them (banks) to have extra time, but should basically go in an orderly manner with dates, so the longer they have been with them they should be dealt with then they go on to the more recent complaints.

How long have yours been held up?
If you've not read the details yet on this matter, check the details from the FSA website here.

I did though make regular contact by email to Lloyds and copy it to the Chief Executive officer the same time. A bit of nagging involved in my case lol.

They should keep you updated, but contact them otherwise, good luck.
