    GMAC RFC - SAR address?

    Hi all,

    anyone know if GMAC RFC are still about?

    Had a mortgage many years ago and wanted to SAR them for single premium PPI details, but cant fine an address

        GMAC RFC new name is Paratus AMC as ive got a mortgage with them

          To me, "Paratus" sounds like the sort of condition that would impel one to attend the local clap clinic.

            Unfortunately in my case they say as the accounts been closed for over 6 years they dont have the data
