    its not a standard fob off, it is a rejection based on the fact you ticked a box saying you wanted it, and they never gave you any advice on the matter you took it out. You also then siigned to say you knew what you were signing and agreed to it. Therefore how can you claim you have been mis-sold to...now whats your response

    Maybe the box was ticked before or after I had signed it who can prove it either way

    could make that argument but not sure how well it'll stand up unless you can clearly see from form its been altered, i.e. different pen used etc.

      i agree there, my form was tampered with by capital 1 but the fos never even mentioned it despite it being one of i thought the strongest reasons to pin a missale on them!
