just a bit of info which might help some of you guys out there who are considering going to the fos, on lots of other websites there is a lot of negative feedback about the fos or the financial ombudsman service as most of us know it as. (not here as i think we and mse are very fos friendly) i,m currently having a case which involves capital one for misselling of ppi being looked into by the fos i,ve found them quick,thorough and very courteous a few lenders have stopped talking to the fos at the moment but you guys who are in between a rock and a hard place not knowing what to do and maybe dare i say being a bit cautious of a quick fos result give them a go,the judicial review isn,t going to last forever it will end,no one yet knows the result but eventually it will finish,get behind the fos,they,ve never let me down,win lose or draw i fully support there work,they can,t uphold for everyone but they might uphold for you so get those cases in.

I had the FOS dealing with 2 of my charges claims, one business account and one Credit Card account, both were dealt with swiftly with favourable conclusions.

I'm in Scotland and only claimed back 5 years but was paid out for 6, this was a while ago, 2006-2007.
