Do you mean the ppi is now cancelled and you would like to now make a reclaim on the PPI for being mis sold?

You can write a letter or complete the reclaiming questionnaire, the questionnaires were issued by the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) to save time later on, for example if you were not happy with the final decision you can make a complaint to them by using a copy of your complaint questionnaire, but keep copies of everything anyway in case you need to refer to your case at some point.

They normally have 8 weeks, they may request for more time in writing, but should keep you informed of the progress of your complaint.
