        In the video they stated that they would get back to you on the issue you mentioned to them. Since the phone call was on 11th February, did they get back to you?

                  Video above has now been removed.
                  Alex, I think you need to review all information on your videos because I watched a previous one on whether or not to go to the FOS and your information was factually incorrect. You stated that the complainant has 56 days from the point when the bank rejects the claim which is not correct. The bank has 56 days to provide a response from the point of receipt of such a complaint prior to the customer being able to go to the FOS.
                  Is it possible to clarify for those of us who did watch the video the point made above?
