Just to let everyone know that Black Horse suffered a reverse in Birmingham County Court on Friday. They have had various solicitors (e.g Wragge & Co's "Borrowers 0 Lenders 3") trumpeting loudly their down-treading of their consumer customers.
Well, this one went the other way and the Judge took into account HHJ Waksman's judgment in Harrison v Black Horse also. Let's hope it's a turn for the better, although keeping cases away from Manchester might help as W seems to an y ordinary person to have declared war on the consumer. He's like an establishment figure out of Judge John Deed.
