Forgot to post earlier on this one.......

The FOS said to count 21 days to normal days, because Lloyds did not specify working day to receive the refund, so I counted the 21 days which takes it to the 24th next week, I really don't expect it to be on time though lol.

Wow I am surprised!

Hubby/Scooby have received the remaining what is owed to him in the bank this morning.....cos 21 normal days would have been next week.

£463.40, so hoping now they will send the breakdown in the post, he have asked the FOS about this as well, cos Lloyds don't always give the calculations to they?

Anyway he is happy!

Excellent news Di - am very pleased for you both!

Regarding the breakdowns, the only ones we got from Lloyds were after I had explained how I believed the redress should be worked out and they came back with a very similar calculation to mine..............that said, they then sent that additional refund (like you had) stating that their previous calcs were wrong, so I'm still none the wiser how they work it out
