Was not in today as I do Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, but having said that I do have a job on at 2am this morning taking my brother to Gatwick Airport to catch a flight to Tunisia.

So will be knackered tomorrow good job I don't have to be in until 12pm lol.

Fantastic Caspar, that's what I need to do.

My hubby spoken to the the FOS again today to ask on what they think is owed, they said over £400 and something, plus extra distress payment.
As its with the actual ombudsman he did not speak to him but one of his sidelines, they did confirm a calculation should be sent as well though to explain.

We wanted an idea lol, still certainly cannot grumble.

An update

the remaining amount owed to hubby/Scooby is that of £462 to be paid into the bank by 21 days, I assume working days. The FOS left him an email to confirm this.

Be interesting for you to get their calculations too, maybe Lloyds have unintentionally of course dropped a goolie on other peoples refunds, oh dear

If they had got it right in the first place lol..arh well yes a nice bonus it will be a big help.

I am hoping they will send the calculations through, we have a copy of the first lot made in March too, the FOS did say if Lloyds do not send them then they will anyway, will get hubby to remind them though.
