The cheque is now safely deposited in the bank, OH is out getting some fillet steak for dinner and there's some wine chilling in the fridge - yum!

I'm just hoping that this is a step in the right direction for the other folk over on MSE who have claims in with the FOS against Norton and they get their refunds soon too!

I know, I'm just thankful that I now don't have to pursue the enforcement route because whilst I'm sure it's a perfectly straightforward procedure, actually getting the info you need to enable you to do it is nigh on impossible - although credit must go to Ame for her sterling efforts to point me in the right direction regarding the court forms etc

It was just over £9000..............yes, the minute the cheque has cleared I'm going to contact the relevant peeps regarding our outstanding balances with F&F offers. I've a whole folder full of notes on the hows, whys and wherefores of doing that so hopefully I'll be ok - although my previous attempt with LTSB/Wescot has failed miserably so far.............
