I received a request for £10 also they requested copies of all information that i had so i sent them the requested information plus a bill for £50 they paid the bill and still fighting them two years so far recieved today an offer pondering over it at they questioned my honesty they retracted statements they got dates wrong I spoke and have to date wrote to 23 different people have received 6 final letters till september last year informed that their final rejection letter was final and i would need to contact the Ombudsman who has told me my case will be looked at may next year!! thats eighteen months! so far .... Its a hell of a ride talking to lloyds and of course not getting any younger.......... NEVER GIVE UP NEVER GIVE IN on consideration I am rejecting their offer letter and will go to small claims instead ... trust me it was when i told them that is my intention they responded pretty quickly...
