Some advice please about whether to pursue a complaint regarding mis sold PPI. I took out a loan + PPI loaded in a single premium with Paragon finance this was brokered through Loans.co.uk. Prior to me finding LBs and seeing how I could have made my own complaints, I used a reclaim firm to persue the PPI as mis sold. The FOS have finally come back with an offer from Loans.co.uk of a refund of premiums + interest paid on them . However they are not willing to add the standard 8% to the premiums. They have made the offer following informal approach by FOS. We could persue obviously with a formal request.... is it worth going for? Any idea how long a formal request could take?:noidea:

Officially the 8% is only applicable once a claim has been entered into court. The decision to pursue the difference is entirely your own decision, how much extra would it be and are you wiling to take this into court to argue?
