To-day I have submitted a e.mail regarding the PPI which was a single premium policy it seems, having made 1 sml claim, then being told ongoing health possible problem not covered, claim then stopped,, ,(had heart attack) was then put on short time because of the event, obviously less income loosing some £150.00 per week or near, I asked for PPI payment of near £30 per month to stop, Oh no you cannot, it is a single premium policy, what ???? well we will have to see what happens as One Claims company solicitors have after all this time said they are discontiuing claim as little chance of success, but they do not ask all the details of the event. So I will attempt myself as they have benifited from my monthly payments made, and the PPI could of been cheaper elsewhere if I had been informed, just another complaint within the sections of reasons for complaint in e.mail.

Received a further letter regarding 05/12 Feb 2010 letters from HSBC, your circumstances surrounding your complaint are not yet complete. They are committed to treating their customers fairly, BLA BLA BLA. AH? WE WILL SEE.:beagle:

Well on return from Holiday, 2 letters from HSBC, 1st acknowledgemnt, 2nd Without Prejudice offer for full refund of PPI less a small amount for small claim issued, interest at 8%, so acceptance letter sending to-day, one good result but a lot of background research and copy of all letters. Hoooray!!!!!!:beagle: When monies in my account.

Nice one Mike enough for another holiday maybe?
As for the background research, you have done it now and you know the score so you may be able to give others a pointer in the future.

Nice idea Enaid, but after a disastrious one I will stay here for a while and save the monies, (incidently refund value (£1.9k)
