  • halifax loan

With the help of your good selves I wrote to The halifax regarding an unsecured loan I had with them. At the time they had "sold" this to CABOT but quite rightly would only communicate with me
I got an letter about a month ago to say that is was a case of "miselling" the PPI and I would here from them "shortly"
This last week I have been "harrased" by Cabot regarding this loan despite the fact we have kept up the payments as agreed.
Halifax still will not give me a time limit as to hw long it will take or to the amount I will receive.
My question is do they pay this to me or to Cabot:snowman3:

    Re: halifax loan

They usually pay off any arrears and then send a cheque for the rest, if there is any rest!
