Hi Michael ABBEY have paid the difference they charged me for moving my mortgage and what was in my contract ie:contract stated charge for moving my mortgage was £75 Abbey actually over charged me by £4 hence the £4 refund. Still worth sending a letter if you have ever moved your mortgage. Regards Banjoe

Is that true? Well, I think that's a good help already. Sometimes, borrowing can be a good investment. Let me share you this. Reverse mortgages are a bit of a niche financial product, as they are only available to seniors. The loans can offer some funding for retirement, but the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is looking into the products to see if any additional legislation may be warranted. Get help while waiting for a reverse mortgage with a short term loan. The money we borrowed can be utilized to very important things like education to improve our current lifestyle.

hello, well done every penny helps.... any chance you can send me a template or a guide to what you wrote in the letters.
I paid quite a heavy exit fee when I sold my property. I am not sure if it applies to me as I did have a an exit fee if I sold my property before 2 years. It is going back a 8 years now.
